This Mosque since it started construction in 1996 underwent many many redesigns and ended up costing 10 times the original price. Tourists are allowed in with tour guides and also get the chance to learn more about islam and islamic architecture

actually this is the FIRST building that made me go "wow" its like something out of fantasy books :O

btw the website works fine but it seems the pictures dont load for me on here ! anyone else with the same problem ?

Its so sad that seeing that kind of incredible detailing is such a rare thing these days. It looks even better up close than it does from far away.

yes ! even when i first made this thread , 2 or 3 of the pictures would not show and now it seems all of them are broken , but you can always go to the link i posted , they work just fine there ^.^
