The groundwork is definitely moving forward on this large project. As much as 5000 jobs and $400 million dollars invested by the end. Branded by Hard Rock Cafe.Should be an interesting project.

Thats more closer to the urban look we got from Greenstone when Kendal Yards started. I see 5 or 6 stories on the one building. It looks good overall though.

I saw an article on this project in the business journal. it is being called the podium project for now. 4 and 6 stories for the 2 buildings. It looks solid but anyone still believe something over 10 syories will be developed in Kendall Yards?

Older article but I am just glad to see someone that takes chances back in spokane. Rob Brewster might be one of our more unique and edgy developers if he can build up his portfolio and rebuild his reputation after the recession hit him hard.

I don't have a membership to the Journal of Commerce, but I see on today's front page that a Seattle based group is taking over to get the apartment conversion project for the Ridpath back on track. I really hope it works out! What a great spot to live downtown.
