Lovely stuff indeed. You're reminding me that I'm due up to get back to Saigon . . . and that one of these years I need to spend a little more time outside the airport in HK. Great photos.

It's fascinating to me just how little land HK actually occupies. It's such a condensed area (due to the geography) to house that many people. It really is the only city of its kind in that I can't imagine more than 0.5% of residents live in SF detached house.

The hike up to Sunset Peak's 869m is not for the faint-hearted. The steps keep going up, and up, and up, and soon you get aerial views across to Tung Chung and the South China Sea. There is a short-cut starting point partially uphill by taking either bus 3M or 23 from Tung Chung and getting off at Pak Kung Au, a roughly 10-minute ride.
