Yet another residential building with a pattern applied to the balconies to distinguish it from other buildings. Not that I mind though. With so many buildings under development it stands that many of them are going to have architectural features in common.

The execution on the podium is high quality. A slice of Rotterdam in the St. Lawrence area.

What makes or breaks this tower will be the glass they use on the balcony railings and what they do with the outer edge of the balconies themselves.

This project has a fluid look, even whilst it is under-construction.

The arrival of the balcony glass should bring out the photogs!
