That makes sense. Maybe that will be a excuse for them to get this tower up even faster. I'm looking at a T/O in early April or late March.

^ 400 m is around 1300 some feet, so that would be close to the topping out height. I would say if construction picks up, 4-6 months we should see it topped out.

I think a main feature is the spire which will really make it stand out. Speaking of the spire/beacon, the top will flash the letter "N" in morse code for New York
