very nice tower is the top angled or flat it kinda seems to be angled

Definitely not flat.
The design is certainly not avant-garde... but I like the handsome proportions and the verticality.

I love how narrow the tower is for such a tall tower, really classy design as well. I'm definitely looking forward to the completion of this project.
