Nice pictures!
Is that a poster of a rendering of the building in that first shot of the latest update? If so could you get a pict of it and post?
The rendering at the front of this thread is not the best angle so I would like to get a better look at this thing.

Other questions, who are the architects for this project?
Is there a underground parkade included?

^I can't remember who designed the building but if you follow the links provided at the top, I'm pretty sure they'll have all the FAQ's answered.
The rendering you see on the board in the pictures is one that can be found by following the links too.

Just in case I missed something though, just Google Manitoba Hydro and everything we can provide you with can be found there.

I'm not sure if they mention anything about parking on the site although they probably do. If I'm not mistaken, there's only one underground level of parking. It's not because they wouldn't need it obviously but I seem to recall that the idea was to encourage people to use public transit. In theory, not providing any parking at the site will make public transit that much more attractive to those who otherwise are on the fence about it. Don't know if it will work or if I even remembered the parking details properly.

^ There was two levels of underground parkade planned but the lower level became too costly to build due to the fact there is an underground stream running through the site. They looked at using sump pits to keep the water out but the volume was too great for the cost benefit of the parkade.
