Lincoln Harris / Goldman Sachs development on the former Charlotte Observer site. This tower will be surrounded by hotels, retail, restaurants, etc. 588-foot tall, 30-story.

Has anyone seen Charlotte's diagram on this site recently? It's missing upwards of 10+ buildings that are 200+ ft in height. I sent a request for most of them in the 'building request' segment. Not sure what the process is like or how long it takes usually for the info and the illustrations to be added.

Any senior members know what the deal is with that? CLT's diagram is in serious need of an upgrade with the recent building boom.

That tower for the Observer site looks nice and a change of pace from the current commonly designed buildings in Charlotte and well, everywhere.

It will be about the same size and scale as this tower on the left in Virginia Beach, perhaps with a bit more blue glass:

New, better renderings of the new tower at the former Charlotte Observer site. I think this rendering looks better, but still a strong 90's feel to it.
