What exactly is the mezzanine 102? Will it be a habitable floor for people? I understand that floor 102 or 108 off the street will be a restaurant. If mezzanine 102 is 451 m, then that surpasses CN Tower's Space Deck at 447m, which is higher than floor 102 of US7 which, as you stated, 445m.

A mezzanine is usually accessible, so, I guess that yes, CN Tower's Space Deck is surpassed.

Its not sloped. There are steps. You can see them. There is a table on each step. Look where the floor meets the railing, the white part. You can see the steps.

^^^ Lugard Road (only 1x "g" !) is the road around Victoria Peak.
and it's the beginning of Hong Kong Trail as well.

Are there any more recent pictures, how long do you think it will take them to fill the hole with concrete?

Yes, luggard road has got one of the best views, that's why i'm planning to go there to see US7 from a distance after its completed. I believe US 7 will start rising at the end of May. So keep an eye buddies!! See ya!!
