Nah, I have no association with the project. I was actually surprised to see the image in marketing material. It's pretty outdated at this point anyway.

Looks like they are demoing the old sidewalk and curbing from when that was the AT&T promenade I parking lot

Not quite. I'm happy to see this move forward but this isn't construction yet. Only site prep.

Fair enough.

EDIT: Well, yes and no. Sunk costs become a consideration at some point. I doubt they would invest this much money into the project only for it not to happen, unless there's a sudden economic downturn or the developers suddenly experienced financial difficulties.

Sigh... what could have been. Happy to see anything coming out of that plot given ATL's track record for projects like this

I’m probably more excited for the two other tower renderings than I am for another monstrous parking deck to be added to midtown. I am glad we’ll see new residences though.

That was a substantial hillside before they started.
