I really like this! Especially how the facade on one side of the tower matches that of the older buildings on the site, yet it still looks modern.

Agreed. Very cool. I had not seen a rendering from that point of view before. Thanks for sharing!

"Structure Footings: We have reached several major milestones in construction of the Piedmont Atlanta Hospital Tower, most recently the basement level footings of the structure, where we can see the first iterations of the shape of the building.

Collier Road Work: Work continues to install a water line under Collier Road from November 6 to November 19. In an effort to minimize the impact on weekday traffic, work will take place during the daytime, overnight, during the week and on weekends.

Excavation sites will be covered with metal plates between hours of operation. Loss of water to neighboring properties is not expected."

They're looking to add a helipad to the tower now (moving it from their current site).

I'm not sure. It's difficult to ascertain where the "ground" floor is because the building is being constructed on a grade. I'd say they're at about the 3rd floor.

I was thinking this may have been taller, as I saw it just above the trees while up 75 earlier this month.

I think its going to look really tall considering the location. I spend a lot of time right by the site (my fiancée lives near here) and I keep forgetting to post photos I take of it. Its just kinda a pain to upload photos on the site.

Lots of glass and "brick" installed on the Collier side building above the parking deck. Its coming together nicely.
