Can we please stop bumping this thread? It's like pouring salt on an open wound every time I see it and open it.

There is no sales center. This was/is to be built as apartments.

They had a catering tent there today for some movie production.

Doesn't the fencing say "early 2018?" It's going to be pretty exciting waking up one day and seeing a brand new building there all of a sudden.

Website Gone

Well nothing inspires more confidence in the future of a project more than a GoDaddy "This domain name has expired and is pending renewal or deletion" message.

Nice project, but unfortunately a mediocre development company proposed it. Let's hope the land sells to a proper developer in a few years and they can develop something on it.

Yeah, I've given up hope now 100%. I knew it probably wasn't going to happen, but there was always the need to hope that it will. But that's all gone as of today. Wait... maybe we can kickstarter it?

I really hope that whatever goes there is anchored by a grocer.

my biggest want is probably to be able to purchase fresh loaves of bread and rolls from more bakeries in Atlanta. A whole grocery would be a great fit here.

Probably means they’re about to start construction.
