100% agree. Why in the world would the Midtown Alliance announce a plan for 5 one acre parks when there is zero chance of that becoming a reality? Considering Midtown land prices are $11 - 22 Million an acre. I would rather they spend the money to complete all of the sidewalk revitalization and bury all of the utilities. If there is money left over, build 1 park with a large water feature.
