Wink MAGDEBURG by my eyes (autumn and winter)

Hi everyone!
here is the photos that I took in Magdeburg (Germany). First - the photos from this september, and after - some photos from last winter.

Cool pics. You've really shown Magdeburg's nicest areas which are apparently few and far between due to the major damage the city sustained during WW2. Do you have any shots of the Socialist architecture?

The next photos is about the transport in Magdeburg at one square. I just sit there on a bench with a bottle of beer, and made a pictures of trams. Please, take a look:

Very cool. I met a new friend from Magdeburg over the summer. Glad to see more of it. I like the tram shots. They must run often.

That must be one unlucky city - the main thing I remember about it from school history is that it got so thoroughly destroyed during the 30 yrs war that the phrase 'to make a Magdeburg' of something, meaning to f%k something up, entered the German language.

Yup, but at least after its first destruction it was rebuilt with nice baroque buildings.

Although to be honest I've never heard "to make a Magdeburg" in German.
