1125 P'tree - looks like they're beginning to break up the old asphalt surface on the upcoming job site.
Portion of IM Pei's first building is being reassembled using original steel girders facing Ponce at Juniper apt complex.

Cornerstone Med Center is green-lighted and will begin construction this Summer at P'tree and Collier. It will rise seven stories on top of a four story below ground parking structure. It replaces Chik-fil-a, liquor store, dry cleaners and empty storefronts. Chik-fil-a will have space in the ground floor retail area. Above will contain AAA med office suites.

Any info on where the liquor store is going? They've been there a long time.

Heh! I wouldn't mind having one nearby. You might be visiting somebody in the hospital and want to bring them a bottle of wine.

Awesome render, thanks for sharing. This building is going to do wonders for that stretch of Spring.

Solis Downwood - Buckhead/Atlanta, GA

Solis Downwood is a part of Buckhead, perhaps the most exclusive neighborhood in Atlanta, within five minutes to midtown/downtown. This is a heavily supply-constrained market that offers the strongest demographics in Atlanta in addition to highly desirable shopping, entertainment and cultural amenities.

Solis Downwood will be made up of 280 apartment homes with secured parking. Construction will start March of 2014.

It is on a 5.5 acre site on West Paces Ferry, Howell Mill and Northside Parkway. This project was mentioned in the Atlanta Business Chronicle today on page 15.

Midtown is positively smoking. This looks great and they're working like dogs on Centergy North just a block south of this site.

There's a bulldozer at the Ansley Green site, so it looks like construction is beginning.
