Pretty sure the underground parking slowed it down a bunch. Seems to finally be rising though at a normal pace.

I think the project will turn out a lot better than I anticipated considering the original renderings. Wish the height was a little greater, as it will be noticeably shorter than Azure and Yoo, but should be a nice addition to the neighborhood.

A bit disappointed that beast of a parking deck looks to have the amenity deck. Was hoping it was on the rooftop. Hopefully they cover the parking deck for the neighbors.

Maybe we see a development along 11th and Dickson sometime soon? Seems like a decent location for a proposal.
