I love that so many new developments in Atlanta are providing more views of Piedmont Park. Here's hoping this one might flip to condos in the future.

Anyone get a count of how many stories are up so far on this project? Not as tall as Luxe at the moment, yet already leaving a lasting impression on the skyline.

I hope all of the nearby developments that may have lifelong views over Piedmont Park turn to condos. If the brick building between Alta and the white historical buildings on Piedmont remain intact, this development would have some sweeping views over the park for a lonnnnng time.

It's on the 17th floor right now, so 5 more to go.

I'm glad this won't get much taller with it being more of a wide building.

The southern facade looks awfully similar to the blank concrete facade on Azure. As much as I enjoy each project, the concrete wall detracts from the overall finish, IMO.

Not loving the fact that the styrofoam insulation that they're installing is falling down like snow all over the surrounding properties. The price of progress, I guess.

^Awesome shot, is that yours? The right side almost looks Latin American with all of the white balconied buildings and lush greenery.
