And, in addition to Modera, I see over a half-dozen active construction sites within about a half-mile in each visible direction. I kept looking for The Standard, thinking it wasn't far out of the ground yet because I haven't seen any pics of it lately on SSP. Well, I finally realized it's already taller than the Tech Square buildings around it. Exciting times in Midtown!!

Yeah it was good, but he kind of ruined it with the googly-eyed characters. I don't know why some artists are so obsessed with googly eyes.

You must not be familiar with Greg Mike. That's what he does--black and white sketches of animals with crazy cartoon characters all over them.
