The parking deck for AMLI Arts Center is behind the building, not a podium. You can see in the renderings at the top of the thread. That all looks like residential levels in the pic above. So much development in Midtown, and more coming UP, literally!!

Yes, sorry was looking at it the wrong way,very exciting times. I want the 74 story tower though.
