Looks like move-ins have already started in the tower.

They are finishing up on the (underwhelming) midrise section.

Babalu is looking great as a corner-restaurant for the building!

Yeah you can tell they put alot of effort into preparing this space. It's going to have an active little corner in a month or so.

W Peachtree from 8th to Peachtree Pl (9th st) should have as high pedestrian activity as anywhere else in Midtown (Peachtree from 6th to 7th being the most consistant currently) with Alta Midtown complementing Plaza Midtown along w/ recently completed & UC projects within a couple blocks of there.

When Plaza Midtown was built, it really did feel like an "Island" from the rest of Midtown WRT walkability. Amazing what the past decade has done over there!

It looks like this might be rebranded as Nine15? All of the naming that was a part of construction still says "Alta" but the easier-to-change stuff, including stuff by the leasing office, says Nine15.

It appears that Wood Partners sold it off to Lincoln Properties
