Minus the sliver that extends to Peachtree street, this is a relatively small site.

I will be happy to see Hanover bring some variety to Novare-land. Another tower that shall not be named would help with this as well.

No matter what- Hanover will be a great addition. I agree though, would be nice to see taller high rise infill to this part of midtown again.

Sigh...

I'm anxious to see this one as well even though it will block my view of the CDC and Stone Mountain. Small price to pay to see another parking lot disappear.

This is kind of off-topic, but I'll throw this out there for any more tech-savvy people that can help. My condo in the corner of Spire is going to be "vacant" (I'll be occupying it ~10% of the time) and I'd like to set up a webcam overlooking this project. However I won't have a computer to easily hook it into, so I would need to be able to stream directly to the Internet. And since I won't be in the unit very often, it would need to be fairly reliable. Also Wifi enabled which I assume it a given.

Any chance there's something like that that would be no more than a couple hundred dollars?

The nest outdoor cam is about $200. You can stream it privately or publicly. 10 days of video history is $100/year, 30 days for $300 annually. You can do time lapse clips fairly easily. If you have an outlet on your balcony it will be easy to set up. It will be as reliable as your wifi is reliable. (Could be an issue if you're away for awhile. But that's probably true for anything you're using with wifi.)

Is it just me, or do all of the Hanover projects move at a snails pace?

Here's a little different rendering of the office/retail at the corner of Peachtree and 7th.
