I'm excited for this project, but I wish they'd been able to snag the parking lot next to Bulldogs, too. It's going to be a dark and awkward dead space and probably won't be easy to develop unless the adjacent retail is snatched up, too.

That looks really nice. And I like the look of their Buckhead tower so this will be a great addition to Midtown.

Someone on here reported that they asked the presenter of the Hanover Midtown building at the DRC about the lots next to it, and the presenter said something along the lines of "We have plans for that soon." Take this story for what it's worth (literally not much).

They would have to buy out Bulldogs and as far as I know, they have no plans to sell, plus I don't see anything being built there until the next cycle so maybe 2020 and beyond.

I believe they essentiallly implied that they were trying to purchase the adjacent lot(s) . I'm pretty sure they were unsuccessful.

Now that is a sharp building and a proper street level.

Thanks for the help and the Nest Outdoor Cam suggestion. Folks, we have a webcam for this project!

Incredible contribution! I am incredibly excited for the next wave of developments to be complete in Midtown. Hoping they bring a lot of new restaurants to the neighborhood. I keep wondering if I will one day buy in Midtown (more dense and HRT access) or along the EST (greater access to parks and more foot traffic), but if we continue to see developments and transit infrastructure along North Ave, connection between the two may be a lot more seamless and the benefits of both could seem more shared rather than isolated.

Nice webcam, but I suggest putting the cam on mute...not sure if you live there 100% of the time or not(I remember you saying this is your 2nd home or something?), but the few minutes I was watching it, I was definitely hearing sounds so I'm assuming that's you? Just for more privacy...not really any need for the cam to have sound anyways lol.

Thanks for the heads up. I had it off but I turned it on to test something and just never turned it down. I wasn't in the unit so it was just ambient noise but I turned it off anyway.

I also noticed the night vision was doing awful things to the quality at night so that's off now and much, much more useable in the PM hours now.

Thanks again.
