Amazing shot and vantage point for this one! Any owners of South facing Mayfair Renaissance condos on this thread? If so, I'd love to see your skyline pics before the view is lost!

No that is a piling rig that is used for drilling the underground foundation of the tower.

Didn't get a pic, but the crane looks like it's being installed on the north side of the site today.

Thanks for sharing!! I’ve been wondering how progress was on this one. Looking forward to it going up and seeing the (probably slight) adjustment to the skyline view from Piedmont Park.

Really hoping Selig releases updated renderings of 1125 Peachtree this year and hopin it’s tall and has a bunch of retail. This block could use more nearby retail.

It will only be one floor taller than Yoo but the higher elevation might add another floor or two in height difference.

While it may just be perspective, I'm hoping 195 13th has a few floors over Yoo, similar to this rendering. Plus I'd like to see it stagger a bit more to what is hopefully a towering 1125 peachtree, whenever that happens. I do not like Yoo's facade, particularly the lower 2/3 compared with the sleeker top 1/3.

Yoo's lower 2/3 punched out windows in the middle I do not enjoy as much as the top portion. Too much white/empty space, IMO:
