new wtc drawing

So i was bored in Tech theatre class when we got an assignment to color a roman empire person. i didnt really wanted to color so i sketched a drawing of new york city with the new WTC towers. i did not use a ruler and it all came from my head.
it took me about 45 to 50 minutes. its very small and i am now thinking to draw this in a HUGE poster size.
Heres a close up

and heres a far away compared with the pencil haha

so this is just a sneak peek to what will be a HUGE POSTER DRAWING!

I was looking around Lower Manhattan in Google Earth this morning and noticed that someone is updating the WTC site regularly - to the point where the 3D model of Tower 1 is only one row of glass behind the actual building. And the construction site modeled around it is pretty nice.

Check it out sometime.

I forgot alllllll about the 3D function of Google Earth. Because, if you notice...the aerial photo of the worksite only has a photo from a few years ago. WTC1 is still below ground level in the "updated " photo they're using. But...when it comes to 3d...it's only a few days old. Thanks for the reminder!!!

Speaking of Tower 1 height, One more 2 floor raise and the view from the second cam from Discovery on top of Tower 7 will not be able to see The main land of New Jersey anymore. Plus i think in 6 floors ones it surpasses Tower7, Tower1 will be visable through the entire city and thus forth Dominate the NYC Sky line.

hahaha!!!!
EPIC use of class time!

"This tower is already so huge" isn't really a "that's what she said" comment. if he said "it's already so huge" or "yet another erection" then it would be more appropriate... but funny nonetheless!

There goes Jersey. I think we should see vertical steel go up over 700' at the corner nodes so they can complete the 58th floor steel in the corners.

The Roman spokesman is just as impressive imo. How'd you learn to draw like that?
