I don't know, I think the Hall of Mirrors building behind the Capitol and the one on Broadway and the river are pretty cool. All in moderation, of course.

I agree with you regarding the two buildings you mentioned. Boise needs more glassy type towers in the downtown core.

Awesome pics, Architecture Buff!! I especially like the last one posted, 8th & Main looks huge compared to the Wells Fargo bldg, this is a great perspective!

Lol. I don't think you will have to worry about one of those in downtown Boise of all places. There will be alcohol flowing from restaurants in the tower after completion, even on Sundays. Besides, Moroni would notice all of the goods times people of our city enjoy on 8th Street with the multitude of restaurants serving martinis and wine and beer and would not be pleased.

We need some news about future tenants, so I found this online regarding the new Grill at 8th and Main opening in the tower. I like how this tower is not just going to be mundane offices but will have so many restaurants inside and will add to the pedestrian vibrancy of downtown.

Some tenants:
Flatbread
Ruth Chris Steakhouse
Zenergy Gym

Brick 29 will be opening a deli in the new Eighth and Main building in downtown Boise. Owner Dustan Bristol confirmed he will open on the second floor. The small space, at 1,985 square feet, will have seating for 30 people and “grab and go” food options

Yeah, know about all of that as it has been discussed in previous pages of this thread. I was just looking for "updates" on the tenants and found that little bit of info about the Grill. I'm looking forward to checking out the new deli from the Brick 29 people.

I have taken a few through my moon roof while parked at the light at 8th and Main. It is a good angle.

Yay. I wonder, does this mean the crane will be coming down soon? I always figured that the spire would be about the last thing the crane was needed for...

The crane will be taken down on the 28th of september. It will definitely be bittersweet to see that crane slowly disappear from our skyline.
