Very similar podium to the Brad Lamb project 6th and Tenth in Calgary. Glad to see him venture into Edmonton as well.

^Looks good. I'm not crazy about the podium color. It's not bad in itself, but it doesn't go with the tower portion.

Other than that, the tower looks good.

Just saw pricing and floor plans, ~490-530/ft for most.

Floorplans are decent, but column locations poor in some units/areas.

Get ready for years of fuckarounds and delays from this snake oil salesman. If I never see a Lamb proposal in Alberta again, it'll be too soon. Has he posted yet that these are the best floorplans he's ever worked on?
