nrc is full of labs and such doubt that

theres lots of big inner city favilities u just gotta know where to look
i could prolly compile a list of half a dozen places but am i no cause why we would only cause trouble for them listing these places on a public forum like this that is watched like a hawk not worth speculating... end of discusion...

They are in the old cold storage facility (formerly VersaCold) just next to the Salter bridge.

Looking at the news clip on TV last night it appeared that they were in an older building so the cold storage building fits. some of the columns had the old time look where they met the beams.

Tetrem is closing; I am curious to know how much space they will leave vacant at 201 Portage.

I can't imagine it would be much, half a floor max. Probably less. It's a pretty small outfit: http://www.tetrem.com/tetrem%27s-team.html

Flair Airlines buys NewLeaf travel company

Disappointed to hear the news about NewLeaf. Apparently all Winnipeg jobs will relocate to Kelowna (according to CJOB).

Don't understand what you mean they would still need employeees here cuz they have flights that leave our airport... Just like every other airline has their employees here..

Their head office is in the airport control tower. It will now be in Kelowna.

Yes, I should have specified I was focusing on the loss of NewLeaf head office in Winnipeg (as small as it was).

I would love for someone like the Exchange BIZ or a philanthropist to buy them and install them in the public realm of the Exchange somewhere. Would do so much to animate a street. I think it would be a VERY fitting installation on Adelaide (Innovation Alley), or around Old Market Square, or Lily/Market.

This was done with historic neon signs in Edmonton on 104 St NW and it looks amazing – especially since there's a lot of new shops and restaurants opening in the area due to proximity to the arena, lots of people get to enjoy it.

Search 104 St NW on Google to see what it looks like at night.

I saw that, but strangely enough on their facebook page they posted a picture of a WFP article on their closure saying "We made the Winnipeg Free Press today!! Too bad everyone thinks we are closing!!! Wait till the Grand opening next May!!!"
