Correct, this has to be it. Also the condos will most likely be above the hotel as that is the market and not vice versa. No balconies/lower floors = hotel; balconies/higher floors = condos.
Also, note that the condos have a higher ceiling height than the hotel floors. The perspective is difficult to judge, but if you look closely you can see it.
This means the slab-to-slab dimension on the condo part is probably pushing 12-13'. In other words, there's no way the entire building, with its tall office floors at the bottom and crown on top, is barely over 11' per floor.
Then again, I only count into the high 40s in terms of floors. But there may be a lower elevation around back or some removed floors. Still, closer to 700' seems reasonable here.
