April 13 in South Vancouver down by the river, not sure what they call this area, it is very random. Nice walking trails, parks etc. To the east is the new River District, which will extend the trails along the river to the east. A mix of condos, apartments, coop housing and SFH. Its like a hidden gem for those lucky to live there.

feels a lot like New West and its riverfront condos.
