Define Mixed-use. Because the John Hancock in Chicago is taller mixed-use, and I'm sure there's more in other places of the world. I can't imagine Dubai not having a taller mixed-use somewhere.

Apparently Coca-Cola translates to "Bite the wax tadpole" in Cantonese (or maybe it's Mandarin) "We've the Zenith" sounds like what happens when somebody doesn't research their Korean-to-English translations very well.
Some day soon, I foresee somebody in marketing being added to the untapped labour pool of Korea.
