From what I understand, it's a contest to see which designer gets their design built.

I think the SOM design is the only one worth building. Who's the developer for this project?

I think this proposal is most likely to win, actually.

I actually think this one would fit in nicely with Shanghai's already bizarre skyline.

^^^ HAHA.... EWW!

That thing is the only one I really hate, all the rest are suprisingly decent. Though it would be cool, I'm not sure how some of those designs intend to create a ~600m building that is painted completely tie-dye! Anyone else notice that some of those models are orange and blue and green and so forth? That'd be cool, more power too them if they can figure out how to make it look decent and not fade!

I would like to see the last two on the top row or this pic or the SOM design go up. some of the other ones seem to be too out of place in shanghai....

nah my top two are the KPF desing, it looks so imposing and the first of the various designs because it musty be near 700m, all the iothers in seem to slate it but is has a sorta unique flavour to it, almost bushido, but hey whats my opinion worht anyway...

WOW. Rarely do you see such a great collection of building designs.

I'm a fan of this design:

Sexy!
