the render looks shorter than a 1000 foot tower should look. but im sure thats just the enormous width of this tower offsetting the height

Great design, but looks much shorter than 300 m.

This might actually be my hotel of choice in Dubai of all that are u/c now. Great location, terraces/pools etc, and very close to BD.
