I like the shape of this one, but still very curious what they plan to do with that blank wall.

That might be a skybridge, but it may also be a support beam as well.

Like I said, it probably is a skybridge -- it could also double as a support beam in the process.

That side is definitely going to have a digital sign on the side,or this building is going to be an eye-sore for Times Square.

The only way you'd notice it from times square is if it has signs on it. It doesn't stand out, even with the blank wall. You need to be aiming for it to see it.

Interesting that Google Earth sees the building finished with AC unit, water tank, all glass installed and no crane.

How did you manage to capture that moment when a bird flew directly overhead without being splattered by bird-crap?

They should decorate it so it would fit in around Times Square or something. One side of the building is glorious glass and the other is the same brutalist concrete crap we've been avoiding for a long time.

I was in Times Square a few days ago, and the blank wall is EXTREMELY noticeable. It would be a crime to not cover it.

It looks bad enough in the pictures, I can't imagine it in real life. Think what the tour guides are saying right now..."And if you look this way, you'll see the massive new concrete wall of the Hyatt Times Square!"
