Apparently not. Most of these pages have become the Dead Malls of the internet it seems. I'm truly sad for my former home and half-native land...

Yeah, it’s mostly a ghost town nowadays. Everyone, but a few due hards have moved on to Skyrise.

Yeah - it's amazing how socialist governments can get in the way of trade & commerce and just completely destroy economies - both in Alberta & Canada ( remember pipelines )

Renderings aren't public yet, but the site plans are available via the link on the city's DP page, and honestly I can say i'm a huge fan, it looks very over whelming for what the site is as the podium is up to ~100 metres in the spots. There's also the fact that we are using a number of heritage buildings and retail space along Stephan Ave.
