Im guessing they might construct the portion of 103A between 133 and 133A before or during construction of Evolve, and maybe the other portion between 133A and University Drive at a later date, or when Prime begins construction. Seems like the remaining houses on the block would have to be torn down first though.. but so far no indication of that happening.

It will be a public road open to traffic. The roads with no names on the first map posted will be finer grain strata roads, like the one serving Ultra now.

Wondering if this means we will see the construction of 103A Ave ahead of development.

Am I the only one who noticed that the tower is actually called Evolve not west village?(Guess name change for thread)Looks like West village is now to be the replacement name of urban village the area use to go by.

Is 103 Avenue going to be street with cars or just a pedestrian street?
Car street but more towards localized street scape. So pedestrian friendly which means like it will go sidewalk | tree grass area | road

103 Ave will be designated as a Collector Road.

Excavation has begun at Evolve. Name of this thread should probably be updated.

Great photo...i guess you took it from Ultra? It'll compete with Prime to see who gets quicker action.

Too bad that your view will be impacted by Evolve.

My view wont be impacted much at all actually. That's looking to the right off my balcony. Still have a very wide west horizon view of New West, Burnaby, Richmond, and Delta all the way to Vancouver Island.

Also excavation has stopped on this one. They dug a bit of dirt on Monday, but havent done anything since.

Word is the Evolve project is going to be a bust.

Look for some news in the coming weeks.

- Development permit submitted and was issued
- Building permit was not submitted

As many people on these forums say. A man in a orange vest.

It will be interesting to see as legally they will now need to take down their sales center and website. The building definitely did not sell as well as they made it seem with all those sales on day 1.

Just give it a couple weeks and people will realize what I said is correct.

I don't understand. Why do they have to legally take down their website?

But why did they begin excavation a few weeks back, if they weren't intent on building?

I dunno if you call that excavation.

What else have they done since that one day of "excavating". That picture of work being done on site was approx a month ago with no movement whatsoever since then.

Also, How do you build with no building permit.

Feel free to call the city tomorrow and ask if they even applied for one.

Good luck building on a piece of land without one.... if that was allowed I am going to open my own tower in the middle of university drive lol
