Bisnow reporting this mixed use project could break ground by 2018, as Buckhead office markets are seeing over $40/sq. ft, which justifies current construction costs

Checked out north & line today. They're at 3 stories above ground.

The Eviva parking lot is still open but there was some activity today--looked like some kind of drill rig. Does anyone know what it is? Video here.

I'm pretty confident we had the same occur exactly one year ago for eviva. Man that project has been a tease

Lol, so it looks like Bizjournals is reporting Avalon will be getting an Apple Store, yet, there's still no Apple Store south of Lenox....amazing.

Well, it's just relocating from North Point, so it's nothing new to the area.

I have no dog in the fight, but I guess it would be nice to at least have one in Midtown (looking at you Colony Square).

I'm certainly no expert on retail but do Apple stores have the same cachet they did 4 or 5 years ago?

I wonder if they will close the store at North Point Mall? I know Banana Republic and others did this.
