Yeah, I was going by the database portion of the site. Out of all the sites which keep track of this stuff, they can vary.

Is "Riverside District Master Plan" the Current Concept for 62-Acre Rezkoland? from Sloopin

It's worth noting that the website mentioned in the article where the images were found has been taken down.

If you google search these images, they pop up for a Riverside plan that dates back to 2008. The website probably took down these images since they are almost a decade old, and are no longer relevant to any current plans for the site. I really hope Related Midwest does much better than all of these old plans for Rezkoland

^These are old, I'm pretty sure. 1) The aerial is super outdated at this point 2) The image file name on SCB's website is something like "Riverside_2008_Site-Plan" 3) The watercolor says '07 in the bottom left.

Maybe a little closer to 40...correct me if I'm wrong on any of these, but page 1 is due for some cleanup

Aren't River point and 150 both complete and occupied?
Rice Cube?
2950 North Sheridan?
Niche 905?
1333 South Wabash?
University of Chicago dormitory?
30 East?

Did the Bush Temple addition ever actually begin construction or is it the Mormon Temple thing that people are thinking of?

Is 111 South Peoria high rise? I thought it was chopped down to 10 stories

If I'm correct on all these 37 is accurate.

Site Prep:
Should 130 N. Franklin be moved back to proposals? The site hasn't seen any real activity in nearly a year.
145 South Wells should be added since demolition of the garage has begun.

Rice Cube and 30 east are definitely not occupied

I don't know why people were/are confused about this. The addition is not what is being built and it never started. It was never even permitted. The Mormon Temple is what is being constructed - which might count as a high rise (I forgot) for its height. There is a very clear gap between what's being built right now and the Bush Temple of Music building - which is where the addition is supposed to go. Clearly it hasn't begun construction.
