Okay I'm done uploading the pictures now.

BTW sorry if I took too many pictures of Downtown Dartmouth. I don't get down there very often so I took as many pictures as possible.

Oh and I have the next couple of days off so if you have a request of a site for pictures just post it in this thread and I'll try my best to get there this week.

Next on the list: South End - Waterfront Halifax on Thursday.

Hey trust me, I have no problem with you taking pictures of downtown Dartmouth

Excellent shots!

Out of curiosity, what time of day were you here? I seem to recall seeing a guy romping around with a camera...

Thanks hfx_chris

That was probably me. Other than the girl I was with I didn't see anybody with a camera. As for time I think I got to downtown around 2:30 and I was there for a couple of hours at least.

Why were you one the many people who gave me dirty looks?

Another good thread Bedford_DJ.

Did you take any pics of Founders Corner?
And as for that gravel lot across the street. It is owned by the soup house there on the corner and is planned to be a garden for the people to enjoy their meals in.

Yes I did. I added them in for you. I must of forgot to include them when I was making up the thread last night.

Oh, wasn't you then. This was during my lunch, so would have been around 1pm, and this guy was by himself.

Thanks for the Update Bedford DJ!

I think downtown Dartmouth looks great, it appears as though all of the powerlines are buried! SGR really has to step it up.

Re: the power lines. Yes I also noticed most are buried. The only street I remember seeing them on is Octherlonely but if memory serves the line-burying project for the street was brought up in the SGR streetscape debate. So they haven't forgotten.

Thanks worldlyhaligonian

BTW assuming there isn't too much rain tomorrow I am hitting the south/west/waterfront tomorrow. Including LSRC, Dalhousie, Atrium, Seaport, Salter St, Trillium, City Centre, ect. If it rains too much I might post-pone until Friday but if anyone has a request for a site not listed above just say so and I'll see what I can do.

Indeed, they're only buried on Alderney, Portland and part of Queen Street...that I can recall
