Also, Alldritt is still a bit of a question mark. Seems like things are moving slowly for it but I still have reservations if that project will see the light of day.

Anyway, super excited for this one. It will likely meet some heavy opposition but hoping city council doesnt cave in. That would be a huge loss to have these scaled back.
