CALGARY | Smith | 18floors | ~60M
Another residential tower by Grosvenor Developments. This one is almost a carbon copy of the Drake Condominium tower which was another Grosvenor project in Calgary. Ground breaking ceremony was November 27th and equipment has started to roll onto site and drilling has started.

Holy crap?! This one is underway too? Talk about so many projects flying in under the radar. I totally forgot about Smith. Very good to see! I'm going to have to do an extensive photo tour and update this Friday.

Didn't make it out to the southwest part of the Beltline during my photo tour yesterday so I missed this one.
