Woaaah, loving the new render for 8 Cumberland! Has the nice sidings (one side) of that like the EY tower, and not too many balconies! Really fresh design IMO.

EDIT: Alright, idk what I was talking about, forgot this was Yorkville. This isn't a very wonderful rendering for the area, maybe something less bland and mashed up?

For Yorkville, that makes me puke... might look good on Humber Bay or Scarborough maybe...
