I'm starting to like them more as well now with the balcony glass progressing up them. Also when I first glanced at this picture I thought the new office tower was a proposal outline.

The photo has definitely been enhanced. In real life, the building is more noticeable by all the splatters.

Not sure if I am the minority but I hate Harbor Plaza. The balcony design is way too busy and it just looks like an ugly mess to me...

Well the good news, Massey Tower (208 meters) is above ground level.

And to be honest, this is really the tower we've been waiting for.

Not sure if you're in the minority or not, but you're certainly not alone. It's not my favourite and I've heard people say much worse.

The more I see the balconies, the more this is growing on me and I like how Harbour Plaza is turning out. I haven't seen them in person yet, so may change my mind, but so far so good to me.

I think most are on the fence with this one. It has a Hyde Jekyll personality. Looks good from some angles while it looks messy for others.

At least it looks like a good building to be featured in a electronic style music video.

I think Harbourplaza is fine, it is a little bit different than the surrounding Office Towers and Condos because of the balcony design. No harm no foul in my books.

As for One Bloor, it has topped out at least the concrete superstructure has. So it will be clad, what difference that additional cladding will make is probably negligible.
