Critique of other cities proposed buildings

Hi. I wanted to start this thread to see what other forumers from other cities think of buildings proposed in other cities. I think some local forums can become unaware of most other people think. For example, there is a highrise building proposed in Salt Lake City, which I think is tacky and needs much refinement, but the local forumers all love it. Please comment if you like or hate and why. Thanks.

A chacun son goût but I wouldn't be opposed to this building on aesthetic grounds. It has a pretty funky balance between box and shard going on there.
