First window wall is up today.

They have built a short concrete (?) sill on which the window wall sits.
Not sure why that is, but presumably for weather protection from pooling water since the window wall is setback from the slab edge.
The window wall is also set between two steel stud framed walls, so there is the delay in framing each opening.

Pic by me today.

From yesterday's pic - showing the sill.

I just realized that they cut back the framed walls that they had built.
Pic below from Nov 5th where the walls go almost to the slab edge.
The current state is about a foot back from the slab edge
(you can see the recesses in the underside of the slab for venting)

PS - the ledges match the rendering
(although the rendering shows the transfer slab with no ledge, as-built, it has a ledge)
Mullion configuration is different though.

Good eye...The framers (steel studs) build the wall correctly according the renderings (and probably the drawings also).
The architect made it complicated by having that one floor different from all the other floors above. One of the many change orders that happens on a project.

I see now that the slab band goes up to (butt against) the window. The under cladding will be different from the rendering.

Not just the slab, but there's drainage pipe that is in an odd location.

Pics by me today.

Could be why that window hasn't been installed yet (though the others to the right haven't either).

Pic by me today.

Scaffold up to finish the underside of the transfer slab.
... and an installed window below that on the left has been removed.
Awning steel is up at grade.

No idea what's going on here (on that transfer slab). Keep us updated, thanks.

Pics by me Wed Dec 4th:

That window was reinserted.
I count the 22nd floor slab being poured, so 4 more to go.

Pics by me today:

Fire sprinkler pipes are in on the office floors.
Looks like they'll have bare ceilings (sprinkler heads point up).
Note the orange marks on the ceiling marking the columns above.
