"1010 Brickell Taking Shape in Miami"

Quote:
Another curvilinear tower that mimics the Atlantic Ocean's waves is being erected in Miami. The under-construction 1010 Brickell by Key International and 13th Floor Investments will eventually climb 50 storeys and boast 387 residences. With nine-foot ceiling heights and spacious balconies, the project capitalizes on the growing demand for an urban yet roomy lifestyle.

1010 Brickell receives TCO, closings to begin shortly: 99% sold

Quote:
Brickell just gave birth to its zillionth condo in the form of 1010 Brickell, a 389-unit development that was recently completed on the corner of 10th Street and Southeast 1st Avenue.

The 50-story luxury tower received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from Miami-Dade County today and was developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments. The project took about three years to construct and closings are expected to begin early next month.

It was designed by Sieger Suarez, and features a two-story amenity space called “The Club at 1010,” which entails a heated pool with retractable glass walls; a game room with bowling, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, and arcade games; a half basketball court; mini-tennis; soccer; volleyball; a fitness center; an indoor kid’s playground; and a spa with a hammam Turkish bath, steam rooms, hot and cold plunge pools, and treatment areas.

The rooftop terrace includes a pool featuring a constant current for an aerobic workout, a “Treetop Lounge” offering a bar and restaurant, and an outdoor movie theater.

Another Successful Brickell Condo: Nearly All Units Closed At 50-Story Tower In 3 Months

Quote:
Another Brickell condo tower can be declared a success, with buyers having now closed on nearly every single unit at the newly completed 1010 Brickell condo tower.

Closings began in September. Since then, deeds have been recorded for over 370 of 389 units, with closings continuing yesterday, county records show.

MLS records show that there are about 73 units listed for resale.

The 50-story tower was developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments. Sieger Suarez is the architect.

In all of Brickell, just two major condo towers remain where sales commenced but closings have not started. The 58-story, 528-unit SLS Lux is sold out and will begin closings soon, while the 65-story, 549-unit Brickell Flatiron is over 70% sold with completion in June 2019.
