This was is nearly completed and has gone up to little fanfare. 28 Grand is a 13 story, 218 unit apartment building on Capitol Park in downtown Detroit. The building has micro-apartments, each of which is generally around 260 square feet. 133 units are market-rate and 85 are for low-income residents.



The building is now topped out, and was scheduled to be opened by this month.
