I particularly like the commercial tenants…yes a bank! and a pharmacy!…good for the promoter…bad for the condo owners.

What can I say about the frontage on Besserer St. except good luck to the future developer of the parking across the street.

Great location for CP 5 & 6 if the latter do not go up across Rideau St. beforehand, in which case we might see a CP 7 & 8. Just imagine.

I just had to look up the meaning of "dude"...

In the popular press of the 1880s and 1890s, "dude" was a new word for "dandy" – an extremely well-dressed male, a man who paid particular importance to how he appeared.

The usage of "dude" was still in use in the 1950s in America, as a word for a tourist — of either gender — who attempts to dress like the local culture but fails.

In the early 1960s, dude became prominent in surfer culture as a synonym of guy or fella.

The more general meaning of "dude" started creeping into the mainstream in the mid-1970s. Today, "Dude" is generally used informally to address someone.

Interesting!

Oh! What is wrong with 's

just wanted to say that Tribeca Phase 1 is definitely occupied now!

I walked through the lobby today and went up the elevators...people are moving in (saw people bring couches in, etc.)!

I'm a fan of the way the windows and cladding of Phase I reflect afternoon sun/sunsets. I've got a mental note to take+post a pic of it some time. I'm jealous of those lucky people living on the northwest corner!

The sun will not shine for very long given the projects in the works.

You're exactly right regarding the late-afternoon/sunset for Tribeca, according to the sun-shadow study from the Nepean Tower report. http://webcast.ottawa.ca/plan/All_Im...12-11-0227.PDF

Hi,
I did not get any answer for my previous question/enquiry.
let's try this one:
is it possible to postpone the closing date more? how?
I have already postponed to mid Sep 2014.
what is your closing date?

thank you,
Abuyer

Here's an aerial of Tribeca as a part of the skyline. I still think the eastern tower's colours don't look good.
