Unfortunately there will be a blank wall running practically all of the way up on both the West and East side of the building. The east side will be a little further back. The reason they're blank is that the building abuts the property line.

You can see the east side blank wall in the rendering. The west side will be the same:

It's on both sides. I think the wall is on the property line so the idea is that if the properties next are ever developed up they won't be blocking windows.

At least there's some design element to them.

I don't think they look that bad in the context of the overall building.

^^Thanks, all. I don't think I've seen a rendering of the west side. The blank wall on the east side looks smaller (maybe the angle of the photo of the west side makes it look larger than it is). The rendering of the east side wall doesn't look too bad. The west looks pretty ugly as is. It looks like a finished product to me, but I'm hoping there are some additional treatments that will be added.

The west side blank wall is closer to Walnut and is very prominent in that one pic but the building juts in as it goes back towards Sansom so I don't think it will be too much of a negative to the buildings appearance when all is said and done and the glass is all up.

They should put murals on the blank walls.

Looking good early. One observation: the right glass section seems darker than left section, but should be able to tell more easily as it climbs.
