Last I heard they were going to build the tower on Kingsway first, then the one on Edmonds just up from Kingsway and finish with the tower where Value Village was. I can't remember if they were going to build the office cube at the same time as the first or second tower.

"We have a financial institution on board. We've been in discussion with a few restaurant groups, and we've been in discussion with a few fitness users for a medium-to-large second-floor fitness use," he said.
"We're not trying to build a behemoth retail shopping mall," he said. "We're trying to really create a community and a gateway project into Edmonds. I think that neighbourhood has never really had sort of a centre point."
