Last I heard they were going to build the tower on Kingsway first, then the one on Edmonds just up from Kingsway and finish with the tower where Value Village was. I can't remember if they were going to build the office cube at the same time as the first or second tower.

Cressey recently earned approval from the city for the site at Kingsway and Edmonds, said Jason Turcotte, the company's vice-president of development.
He said the mixed-use project would eventually include 800 homes, ranging from 540 to 1,200 square feet. The project will also have roughly 70,000 square feet of office space and between 70,000 and 90,000 square feet of retail space, including a 20,000-square-foot space on the second floor that would be suitable for a fitness centre.

As for the commercial component, the developers are considering cafes, restaurants and a selection of smaller services. "It's going to be anchored by a grocery store," said Adrian Beruschi, a vice-president with CBRE in Vancouver, who is handling commercial leases for Kings Crossing. He said the plans are still being tweaked, but they are planning for up to 90,000 square feet of commercial space.
"We have a financial institution on board. We've been in discussion with a few restaurant groups, and we've been in discussion with a few fitness users for a medium-to-large second-floor fitness use," he said.
"We're not trying to build a behemoth retail shopping mall," he said. "We're trying to really create a community and a gateway project into Edmonds. I think that neighbourhood has never really had sort of a centre point."
