That being said, it's an amazing project and I think it's going to single-handedly spur taller development in the immediate area. If this wasn't an A+ project, I don't think it would lease quickly and would hurt sentiment. My $ says it fills up fast thanks to the quality design/build + rooftop pool. TBD...
The height should be decent once it tops out. It's supposed to be around 243'. I believe Summit is 250', so Stewart should at least be as visible as that. I do agree I would like to se an additional 5 floors though.

I also think Stewart will be a game changer for the area and will fill up quickly. I have been eyeing it myself and my lease just so happens to run out at about the time Stewart should start leasing.

It’s actually quite visible now coming into town eastbound on I-10 before you hit the tunnel. More because it’s quite wide from the east face I think the impact at least from that angle is pretty huge

Anything over about 150' impacts the skyline.

I'm not sure how tall Stewart it, but for reference the structural height of Westward Ho is 208 feet and Link and Stewart will add a lot of bulk to the north.

Pretty cool shot from inside the 8th floor atrium. They are at 15 stories currently.

How many floors is this supposed to be? I thought it was 19 floors, but this article says 20 floors: https://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/...h-for-569.html

It's 19 floors, but 20 stories due to the roof structure.

Just a random thought - since the short building to the west is now shaded all morning, how much do you think their electric bill will go down in the summer?

Is it me or does Stewart look like it's going up an extra level? Right now, 19 floors have been completed and it really looks like they are working on a 20th floor.

Maybe they are superstitious and didn't count the 13th.

There toughest news for encounter is just being encounter. I go there some times and it's always fairly deserted.

I have been to Ncounter a few times and was disappointed with food and service. Agree with Biggus on deserted. But the drinks were good!

I hope that's not the main Circles space! That would be so good for a brewery, and something that's open at night.
